Traveling broadens one’s mind

San Diego is a city of my dream surely – I wanted to visit it long ago but I couldn’t do it due to some reasons – money, time and the like. It is located right on the Pacific Ocean. This is a place of many attractions – Sea World, Zoo, Balboa Park and others. We were heartily met by our friends at the airport and taken to their house that was not far from the beach. It was afternoon and the sun is setting. We were excited to see the sparkling ocean in the last rays of the sun. I quickly put on my new high strap sandals and rushed out to the beach. The sand was hot and soft – I thought that it would be cold and sharp. It is impossible to believe but I could walk barefoot actually. My husband unpacked the case and took out his footwear to catch me – he failed, be sure. I was far away from him, barefoot; I was waving my sandals and shouting “Catch me! Catch me” We were happy as if we were kids. Yet, not all people left the beach and we could speak to a few of them. They were students from Arizona. They informed that there are lots of opportunities in San Diego – kayaking, diving, surfing and visiting sightseeing. They also told us that we could meet people from Mexico – they are living and working here to earn their life. I noticed the girl wearing sandals like mine – I was surprised and wondered why she wasn’t barefoot. Then I surprised with her answer. She explained that there were seashells on the beach and it is dangerous to walk without footwear. Mind it if you are walking along the beach. Be sure, we have known much about San Diego and its vicinities – it is a perfect spot for having a rest with a family or alone. Hotels, inns or beach rentals are designed to please everyone’s taste and affordable to many of us. Just you should have a dream and want to fulfill it perfectly.
